On Wednesday, China test-fired an intercontinental ballistic missile for the first time in decades. China stated that it launched the ICBM carrying a dummy warhead into the Pacific Ocean. This is rare because China's nuclear weapons tests usually take place domestically. This is the first time since the 1980s that China launched an ICBM into international waters. Remember, an ICBM is a ballistic missile with a range greater than 5,500 kilometres and is primarily designed to carry nuclear weapons. China developed DF 4 in 1970s, in order to reach Moscow, then with no use, in 2020, in Galwan valley, China tested it after 40-50 years, found them work perfectly fine, for India

I grew up around Chinese diaspora in my youth and I maintain friendships with them. I know you went through a century of humiliation and I cannot possibly make up for what those men did. However, I would invite you to consider that the current people of Japan are not that generation that gave offense, nor the Americans, the Taiwanese (Chinese), the Vietnamese, the Filipinos, the Koreans or the Europeans.
