I can't help it. This reeks awfully of state propaganda. It's nothing but a bunch of would-be-nice-to-haves, without bothering to explain how exactly all these remarkable feats have been accomplished. Don't get me wrong: I've lived long enough in China to know what remarkable achievements they are capable of. But I also know the type of propaganda they are capable of. On top, the video is left-right side inversed.
