If only people stopped attaching guns to every new technological advancement. We are on the cusp of the future I dreamed about as a kid. We have robots, jetpacks, portable computers that give access to the worlds knowledge and its possible we have antigravity (we at least have superconducting magnets and mercury engines) which would give us hover boards and flying cars. But now that we have this stuff its painfully obvious it will be used for violence before it will ever make lives easier. We could have a futuristic eutopia but it seems like we more likely will have a futuristic dystopia. Technology used to enslave the poor and protect the power of the wealthy.

Imagine 5 to 20 million of these stored 2000 feet under a mountain tunnel, ready to march out when needed and used for recognizance, to explore, search, shoot , drop explosives and even as suicide robotic soldiers. Truly scary. No more phrases such as: I'm a vet ,I was in the armed services for 3 years, I need and demand to be supported financially for the rest of my life. These may be the cheaper soldiers of the future.
