And false advertising in china, the price is advertised to do the 802km, for that one new electric car, but you have to buy a bigger battery, for extra money. And that battery will be dead in 10 years guaranteed. Gas Cars from 1980's still run and start, with a new $300 battery. Selling at a loss is death for any company, dieing companies are common. How long do you think it's common for? Until the company goes bankrupt? The China Emperor will just give those companies more and more worthless money.

@@OnYourSquare at 5:17 says how well the Ford and old dealership sales model is doing. Why I say, you didn't watch the video. What did Ford do to fix selling at a lose, left china. I asked you how long do you think a company can sell at a loss for. Can you tell me what "software products" was sold to offset sales for Ford and old dealerships sales model......... none, to the tune of over 20 billion dollars. Can you see the old ford logo shadow, on the building in the background, taken down when ford left. No, costs over time do not become less, why do you think new cars are more expensive then old cars? You compare apples to oranges, totally different industries. Tesla is crushing it for sales, the vehicle markets are only so big, this video says the stats, for direct buying vs dealership buying. What software does Tesla sell? To offset costs? You grab at nothing, dealerships sales are dead, because no one is going to the physical stores. Now do you understand what this video is saying. Dealerships mark up the price, Ford doesn't sell direct to the customer, your example of Sony, Sony sells to a vendor, that vendor sells the software at a markup to the customer. You can't use Sony as a example because Sony doesn't make any vehicles. Think outside of your square, because your square logic has a hole, and your examples leaked out the bottom. How far in math and science did you get in school? This video is beyond your education level to comprehend, no offense.

Talking about Ford, recently its CEO and CFO took a drive in a Chinese EV. They were apparently shocked and impressed by the quality of the Chinese EV. What they said about it reveals a lot about the state of the US auto industry.
@Ricer-b4nАй бұрын
@OnYourSquare You've just confirmed that your post is the most idiotic I've ever seen. We all already know that huawei is using the typical chinese tactics of intentionally losing money on every thing they sell until they drive the competition out of business, its already a race to the bottom in china for chinese EVs. Everybody is losing, nobody is winning. Dont you pay attention to the news? Whichever chinese maker survive this stupid tactic can jack up the price when the consumers no longer have a choice. That's how Huawei plans to get their money back. But will they even have any money left? Fisher, Faraday future, Lucid, Rivian, Vinfast, and a few other have either gone bankrupt or is about to. RIvian has Jeff bezos to bail them out. Lucid also has the backing of the Saudis. Is the CCP still subsidizing Huawei? If they do. Huawei may survive. However, chinese labors and parts aren't getting cheaper, they're getting more expensive since chinese workers are no longer accepting slave labor rates and the cost of everything in cbina is going up. Many of the worlds biggest corporations are decoupling from china. Many chinese people are out of work. The africans are also charging more to mine the raw materials used in the batteries. It aint looking good for huawei. Tesla is the only EV maker making profits cuz they've already thought everything thru and planned ahead because they're an innovator, not a copycat. Plus, they're selling self driving tech for over $12,000 per vehicle. It's just softwares, so there's no extra cost to them. But its extra $12,000 profit per vehicle sold with this option. Huawei and all chinese makers have nothing to counter. And even if they did, nobody in their right mind would pay extra for unproven inferior self driving tech. This is why chinese EV manufacturers want to go to mexico where labor is cheaper and also take advantage of NAFTA. But that ain't going to work cuz Trump already told them he'll tariff them 100%. Huawei better come up with a different strategy if it wants to survive.
@Ricer-b4nАй бұрын
@jmchng9662 Ford and alot of other foreign brands taught the chinese how to make vehicles. So there better be some decent vehicles made in china. Otherwise it says alot more about the chinese EV makers. Plus, Fords CEO never got to drive any of them. If he did, he'll know the chinese cars still has a long way to go in structural integritty, safety, suspension tuning, NVH, refinement, etc etc. Buick and VW were number 1 in china for decades. Today's Fords and GM are way better vehicles than before. Dont forget, Chinese makers couldn't compete making ICE vehicles, so they decide to jump to straight to EV and copy Tesla instead. And with the govt banning all ICE vehicles soon, the foreign brands that make ICE vehicles are pretty much dead in china. Even with massive govt. Subsidies to help the chinese makers out, Tesla is still outselling them in their home market. But more important, Teslas cost alot more than the cheap stuff BYD sells.

I will add that China seems to be going through the sort of thing 10x that America went through with smaller brands continuosly popping up and stealing people's attention with innovations. This is why the big 3 bought up all the technology and gatekept the others. In China they don't have that to worry about so anyone can continue to challenge as long as they can raise money. It's crazy but it's an interesting time in automotive history for them. Hopefully the best companies will rise to the top and Chinese consumers seem to be smart in their purchases when it comes to vehicles that need to last and have value for the money.

For those who don’t know how much 138 billion yuan is it’s about $3.58.

If loosing while selling, can imagine the post-service problems for owners, especially the price and spare parts. It's like to buy a 3 legged animal

Ah, people see 47% of cars manufactured being sold, I see spare vehicles for when your electric vehicle burns itself down to the ground.

We're laughing at your stupid "Tri fold" phones (with only two folds) and loss-making cars. Huawei is pathetic. But then again, so is China. The inferiority complex on what only a generation ago were unwashed peasants is off the charts!
@fabianeng8605Ай бұрын
There are too many EV players in China. Some EV players should exit the EV market so that the others could survive. Those that lost a lot should exit and focus on their strength. That way most relevant companies would post profits in subsequent years.
@crazyidiot5309Ай бұрын
If that were made by any reputable brand with C/S and warranty I'd buy one in a split second. They're very good looking, but sadly that's about it.

I a company saying that they lost money on sale I am sure they have a plan to get more money from the consumer when they have the products For example if its electric smart car, it can be from subscription, Service or parts and maybe insurance This's just a way for them to get sympathy or trick costumer that they got something expensive for a lower cost

Chinese companies don't need to produce more. They need to produce quality products like Japan. Chinese products have lost faith. And if they really have so many quality cars then export them to India. Here, people are buying small old model trash cars at the price of a big car due to the demand.

I would buy a Chinese EV but have wiered names. Such a major turn off😂😂

Huawei have produced some of the finest quality products in the world over the last decade and this vehicle is so far ahead of anything that is being produced in the rest of the world. It makes me sad when I see this company being insulted in such a way through jealousy And pathetic propaganda! What the Chinese people and government have achieved in the last 35 years is the greatest economic miracle of all time, and that it has been ignored by the west just goes to prove how little people are being shown from what’s really going on in the world?, And this car is so far superior to any Tesla on the road longer range better quality you should be ashamed of yourself posting such garbage.

Clown comment! LOL. Thanks for the laugh.
@stevil.Ай бұрын
@@junkscience6397 Yes I may be , but when was your last trip to China? When was the last time you drove a Chinese manufactured car? You see on a recent trip through China I was fortunate enough to drive several of their new cars and SUVs even a few motorcycles and unlike most people who believe the propaganda I have been there and done that I own a Tesla but also a Chevy diesel dually I ride a Harley and a Yamaha, but we have lost our way and the quality and the prices of these vehicles in China is far superior and more affordable. Why the hell do you think you’re wearing Levi’s made in Guangdong, so maybe it was a clown comment or maybe it was the truth and you just don’t like it

china heavily subsidizes their auto market. the reason they can do that is because everyone keeps buying stuff from China start buying stuff from other countries Southeast Asia can easily make up for Chinas manufacturing and if they dont we have India to exploit. I mean buy stuff from
