I think if ur home remains your sanctuary then anything else is like this then I think it's fine for example in Australia u are allowed to be racist in the privacy of your home but u cant in public. Alot of crimes have been discovered and perpetrators arrested, an interesting example in the UK a man was found to be stabbing cats and was caught on camera a horrible crime in itself what if it had escalated and he decided it was time to kill people? the biggest issue in my experience is the huge amounts of data that has to be crawled through by an analyst so its reactive rather than proactive in terms of finding criminal activity. The con would be is the government uses it against you or trys to discredit you and that happens a lot in any government form. The question is does the good outweigh the bad? I think it does to a degree.

Yep. Funny enough I was explaining this to my classmates when I was 14. I'm really dumb in many aspects but that was something I understood really well early on. It came from my way of thinking about the world where I wonder why things are how they are and why things are where they are. I'd look at surveillance cameras and wonder who was on the other side looking at me. I was in my freshman year of highschool at the time. The early web was really cool because the only incentive people had to put information on there was be nerdy and share it. So.. I could trust a lot of things about the world. I knew 2008 was coming in 2006. That was a really bizarre experience. I of course knew all about the NSA. I remember the very day 9/11 happened. What did except all this would come to?

I was based in the UAE around 2010 and filmed many closed-door meetings for HUAWEI during that time. It was all about future (which is now) government-level surveillance technologies. There were often delegates from the Middle East and African countries attending those meetings. They were demonstrating technologies like VPN tracing, face recognition, biometric data analysis. I had to stop working with them after realizing what was all that about. It's chilling to see many of those have become reality now.

My bosses at my work record all of their employees conversations and activities during all hours. They use this to discipline their employees and find out if people are sharing discontented views on the place I work for. I've seen my coworkers reprimanded for precieved issues that they have been recorded doing and saying when no managers are in the building. One of my coworkers who works with children was reprimanded for not doing her job when in actuality she was just not in view of the cameras when she took the children outside for activities which is a completely normal thing for her to do in her job. Theres a certain Orwellian feeling everytime I enter work even when I am not on the clock. Furthermore, the utter incompetence of the people using the cameras to spy on their employees is very concerning. The truth of the matter is that a lot of the employees are disgruntled with their employers and share those opinions when taking breaks and this has been my experience with every job I've ever had. The difference is is that they are listening. Its oppressive and should be illegal. They are not the government but it is still a violation of our right to free speech. "Oh you dont like it , quit."? Well, most of us need our jobs and are barely hanging on as it is and have no other options as we live in a small town. If you read this and support what I'm saying give a like and tell me how I can get this to stop. I'm thinking full staff walkout in full view of the surveillance equipment.

If only we could unionize.. most of the people who work there are just out of high school and college And those that aren't like myself are too afraid to lose their jobs to take action. The history of making complaints at my work is that if you step up you get manipulated in to thinking you're in the wrong, ignored, or treated poorly for challenging authority. I've even been talked to rudely and treated like a truant child for having to take a sick day due to a serious medical condition I have been battling with for years. This was followed by workplace gossip started by my own boss to make me look disingenuous. Furthermore, my coworker has repeatedly been told that her job is "not really that important" and that they are "really doing you a favor" by letting her keep her position. She goes around every day at work at her wits end hoping that they do not decide to fire her. I've told her that they were probably just trying to mess with her head but she is young and doesnt understand how manipulative employers can be to their employees. They do all this and watch our every move making it any extremely oppressive place to work where everyone fears that they will lose their jobs or have their private lives and conversations become public knowledge. I have talked to my boss about my medical condition only to find out the next day the WHOLE STAFF knew every detail of that very private conversation that was made clear to the listener that is was VERY PRIVATE. I'm scared that if my medical condition prevents me from working I will be fired or have my reputation ruined as it is (as I have sai d) a small town and most everyone knows each other.

My previous employers had security cameras all over the office, including several in the break area covering all angles that even made it possible to zoom in on an employees phone screen if they were on break. I would entirely leave the property to make any personal phone calls. They would watch the video feed obsessively to the point they would call the office when they were out of the country to complain about something they saw when in reality they often had no true reason for concern.

I am not naive about the surveillance society China is developing at the expense of its own citizens but I think the Western democracies are doing the same, sometimes in a more subtle manner, but sometimes not so ; just think about the many restrictions and controls governments have brought in, in the name of the pandemic...

I'm specifically talking about the paranoia considering China's social credit score. I never said our societies were the same, I was simply stating how my society in Canada has many ways people are held accountable to a form of 'social credit score'. Here's a few more examples: => car insurance is required to drive a vehicle. The vehicle is required to have a VIN number. The cars owner is tracked at all times, and that owner is responsible for any accident. Your insurance rates go up if you have accidents. (Sounds like a capitalist social credit score) => When you start a job, you must give them your Social insurance number. This will track your employment history, Canadian pension plan, etc. You must have this to work. If you make more money in a lifetime, you are deemed to have a better retirement. => When you travel internationally you have a passport. This passport expires every few years. Unless you make the effort to renew (ie good social standing) than it expires. * I can honestly think of many example... And this is just for fun. I don't mean to get people upset. I am simply thinking outloud to the KZbin comment thread for fun. If you aren't having fun, don't worry about it. 🖖 PS I never said that China's behaviour was justified in any way.

i hope this will not reach Philippines. we may be need surveillance for security, i'd rather suggest having alternative ways where privacy of the citizens are not breach. because, it is more dangerous if that kind of surveillance goes to wrong hands or hacked. especially if it's made by a country full of lies, who can easily hack you since they knew how those systems were build amd their weaknesses.

This video was interrupted partway through by a minute+ long ad for security cameras. Their message was so eerily similar to this video that I watched a full 30 seconds before I realized it wasn't part of it.

Also, once the other countries are buying these products and are indebted, they run an extremely high risk of having their supposedly top notch security and military systems hacked into. They are running the risk of using against them and overthrowing their country in an unwillingness of surrender, lawlessness, chaos and by leaving the country completely vulnerable and unavailable to function as it once was able to.

No talk on the NSA's practices throughout this video 🤔? Stop playing corny sound bite effects to get your message across. It's a shame elitists throughout the world participate in this racket. We shouldn't turn a blind eye to our homeland. Lots of propaganda by vice. These bad actors in China 🇨🇳 can't look at America as an example of a place where its citizens are not surveiled 24/7. We have to change before calling out other charlatans. Chinese terrorists that harass the weigers need to be dealt with. In the states we have plenty of terrible police officers that need to be in mental asylums instead of getting immunity and big paychecks.

@@jksezhey1 comparing nsa surveillance to what the ccp does is like comaring rocks to mountains. and what the ccp use it for differs greatly from what the nsa does china literally created its own internet so it can control its citizens easier, making the open internet illegal to acess. The things the ccp does with their surveilance is disgraceful. in china you dont have freedom to speak your mind or to act how you want. when the people of china tried to protest for freedom of speech Tiananmen square massacre happned. do you just assume everyone is from the USA? because I'm not. USA got its problems but it is compared to most countries as free as it can get, with a democratic system where people can speak their mind. i assume your just part of the 50cent army though.
@jksezhey12 жыл бұрын
@@karatehit 50 cent army? What the hell is that? In regards to your statement I'm merely pointing out that Americans are surveiled 24/7. There are roughly 2.5 million people rotting in jail here in prisons that produce the worst offenders possible. It's a disgrace that agents in China take oppression to a new dimension. It's absolutely terrifying. If it's true that Weigers are being put in concentration camps then it needs to cease immediately. I believe in diplomacy. That will happen when governments are abolished and no longer needed.

I'm Trading with Expert Andrew Jordan, a regulated broker in US. Met him sometimes early last year at a startup funding event. He has some interesting things to say about the state of algorithm trading today. Very obviously I'm seeing the results.

As for people disappearing in the US a few years ago naturopaths were murdered probably by government and not one of those crimes has ever been solved. Our side is not the moral authority. IN fact every accusation against China also applies to the US.

Reminds me of how Amazon films their workers and has AI systems to look at how quick and efficient their workers are. They even get fired by AI if it detects them being slow.
