Before the current government (Communists) ran China the Republic of China (Now the Taiwan Province) included The Tibet Province as part of China. And it was recognised by the US (On their maps) The constitution of the Republic (Taiwan) still have provision for Tibetan representatives. Google it. It's available in English. So can't the US read?
