Thank you for your comment. On all my videos I only put the approximate location and sometimes classes in sub titles. I enjoy the scene and the sound without commentary. You will find this on all my many published videos of steam.

Man that wheel slip at 13:50 was pretty crazy. I really like the odd mix of aesthetics on late Chinese steam. Its a weird Hodge podge of Soviet and Vague American looks yet something unique. Wish there was more footage of the 2-6-2 Parries, alot of SY and JS Mikados and of course the QJs. Either way just happy to keep finding more footage!

I just filmed what I saw. There are some sequences of 2-6-2s of YJ and PL2 in some of my later footage of Anshan and Baotou. There are 18 China videos on my channel. Enjoy.

Do you have any clips of (1) the SL with a bell, (2) a passenger train pulled by a JF 2-8-2?

No SL with a bell. I do have a JF pulling passenger stock near Jilin which is on a combination of cine and very early video of my first 2 trips in mid 80s. Will be publishing this week.

People at that time usually have very dark & thick hair! Today even thougt have a better living condition, a lot of people get bald. Why!
