We went to Shanghai last 2019. DIY lang. Sa malapit sa residential area kami nagstay gawa ng malapit sa Disneyland. Like the city center, sobrang linis! And in fairness sa mga people nila, mababait (contrary to the stereotype). Sa last two days kasi namin we supposed to go to Xian pero we missed booking the train tickets in advance kaya kelangan namin magbook uli ng hotel in Shanghai instead. Yung napagstayhan namin previously fully booked na, so naghanap kami around the area. We asked locals along the way tapos merong isang kuya na na-ask namin who really get his car para ihatid kami. Kinabahan kami sobra baka ma kidnap (char) pero hinatid nya talaga kami sa hotel and wait for us to be booked bago sya umalis. Core memory yun! Maganda ang Shanghai, punta ka din sa mga museum.

Maganda naman talaga ang China. Been visiting this country for a decade now and very underrated siya. Sobrang daming places pwede bisitahin. Problem lang is language barrier. May misconception lang sa bansang ito because of the politics. Pero hope people will know how to separate politics.

hindi madumi sa China in general. but like Philippines my mga konting area na madumi. i hope mabago ang tingin ng mga tao sa China. sobrang dami pwede puntahan dito and each place ay iba iba ang mai i offer. balikan mo to Marvin coz hindi pa ito masyadong napupuntahan ng mga vloggers. it will help your channel im very sure.

Mas maayos pa ang governance, regulations at infrastructure. May mga Pinoy din po na nagwo-work po sa China - mostly teachers, musicians, engineers and even journalists!

We've been in shanghai a month before pandemic. Sa shanghai lang din ako nakarating and yes super linis talaga and mga stracturea nila are big and wide. Advisable magstay sa nanjing, madami ka na mapupuntahan around the area. Hindi sya masyado popular sa foreigners kasi halos local lang din from other places ng china ang kasabay mo nagtatravel even sa disneyland.

10:33 ganyan po sa China. Hindi po sila namimili ng tao kahit saan kapa sa galing. Kung kumakain ka sa food court, normal na may tatabi sayo para makikain. Kakalungkot lang na iba ang China na pinapakita sa mga pinoy dahil lang sa pansariling interes. 👍👍👍

jan nag-work kapitbahay namin sa pasig, performer siya sa restaurant. Maganda mga sinabi nya about Shanghai, ang mumura daw ng prutas at ang ganda daw. At ang sasarap daw ng food. Malaki din kita. Umuwi lang sya dahil sa pandemic.

And now may mga measures na in place since around July or August 2020 para sa steady na flow of essential peoples, lalo na mga foreigners na may work at businesses sa mainland China. And now lifted na po ang mga measures totally pagpasok ng March 2023 para naman sa mga turista.

Ganda ng Shanghai. Maganda rin daw ang Shenzen. Pero mas gusto ko ang Xiamen kasi doon ang lahi namin nangaling.

Shanghai is a clean city. Same with Huangzhou and Suzhou. Havent been to Beijing, pero in Guangzhou, the seafood market there has virtually zero langaw, walang amoy. and sa Guilin mejo old town vibe malinis padin.

Naglakad lakad kami sa mga street jan sa east nanjing, at maayos naman. Maganda jan sa Shanghai. Parang Beijing din maganda. Madali lamg din kahit DIY.. kelangan lang talaga i research mga pupuntahan..

marami po, un pinupuntahan namin sa GUANGZHOU, medyo marumi, tapos mga taxi drivers dun modus, kaya lang wala choice kasi dun kami namimili ng tela pati sorry po ha pero dami sa kanila marumi at baboy, dura kahit saan, nagsmoke ako pero mga chinese smoke anywhere kahit malaki na sign nasa tour po kayo kasi kaya maganda papakita nila, mtr nila dami amoy bayabas po

Of course yung pinupuntahan mo sa Guangzhou parang divisoria and baclaran nila yun. Pero icompare mo sa atin malayong malinis dun. In general it's clean compare to other asian countries. Japan at night especially in shibuya shinjuku, super dirty literal basura everywhere. Of course not all Chinese are well educated because of their massive population and meron din mahirap, and the old people are still doing those bad habits as well as smokers inside the toilet.

Hindi sya underrated, konti lang tlga gusto pumunta for many reasons. 1. Hassle kumuha ng visa compared sa ibang east asian countries 2. Political issues with the West and the Philippines kaya bad tourism image 3. Communism kaya may anxiety foreigners na magkamali 4. Post covid traumatic syndrome 5. Bad image overall like kumakain ng daga, aso, mga fake na pagkain, at iba pang unsanitart practices

I don't think Shanghai is underrated. It's a top travel destination. Perhaps to Filipino travelers , they consider Shanghai not a popular travel destination because of their biases.

Hmm I beg to disagree. Legit Filipino travellers know that Shanghai is nothing short of a modern, clean and a very advance city.

Filipinos in general dislike China especially now that theres a tension between the two countries. Majority would even avoid or never wanted to visit. I have been to China many times, and i can say that it is one of the most beautiful country i have been to.. It is sad that Western Media always portray China as unsafe, poor, dirty country.

@@leviatairHindi po lahat. Wag masyadong i-generalize. Hindi lamang po China at PH ang may claims sa disputed features. May Vietnam at Malaysia din po na kapwa po nagpapasaring muli lately against us sa recent tensions at nang-i-invite pa ng Western troops for patrols. Kakatapos lamang po ng CoC (Code of Conduct) negotiations last month of May sa Thailand. 47 rounds na po ng negosasyon since 2017 except during COVID pandemic

Usually mas civilized mga urbanites kesa residents ng rural areas, but things are changing dahil na din sa turismo at edukasyon, pati high speed trains. FYI this is mainland China’s biggest city and the most cosmopolitan.
