I'm dual citizen - Canadian and Hong Kong, but am thinking of moving to China... Canada is just not the same anymore :(

I've lived and travel around the world. Great video and all I'll say is the high water mark for toronto was in the 1970s. Your vibe will fit in well in Taipei...give that a try for 4 months and let me know what you think👍

I choose to live in all cities that take my fancy 💜I've been doing the Québec-Vancouver snowbird thing for years LOL. And my husband is in Europe

The Term "Snowbird" was known starting mid-1980's, while Canadians traveled to the South, Florida as first pick, and stayed for 3 months in winter. Henceforth lots of "Time Share" scheme were proposed at the time. Nowadays, Lots of Canadians are also thinking Asia as alternative.

I hate it in Canada and Toronto more specifically. I had a much better time as an expat in China. Now that I moved to Canada as a PR, all I can think about is how the hell to move out of this shithole and how I can get PR somewhere else.

The short answer is in Canada you can look richer even if you don't have enough money.😂. You can look rich for your friends and relatives in China . That's the truth.

I love the quote! I also moved around during my twenties and almost all my decisions to move to a different city were made on a whim. I guess I really need to take some good time to consider where I want to settle for my upcoming years.

I am a Chinese and have lived in Houston for almost 17 years . I just went back to Shanghai two weeks ago. I was asking myself which city do I prefer to live if I had to choose. Houston is really boring and no natural beauty. But it is super convenient and a good place for peaceful family life. Shanghai is modern, fast paced and full of things to do all the time, but not an ideal place for balanced and relaxed family life. Everywhere you go, it is a race. Everything you do, it is a different type of race. I enjoyed Shanghai in my 20’s. But I have my family in Houston. We are very close as we spend a lot of time together. The pace is a lot slower than in Shanghai. And there’s a lot more personal space, both physically and mentally. So my conclusion is I will live in Houston, and visit Shanghai from time to time.

My personal opinion, and nothing more, your future children, if you do have any, and as a Chinese, will have a better life and future in China.

Omg, I just came across your channel. I completely feel you about not knowing where to settle in life. And the appeal of just dating someone who can take me outside of Toronto. 😆😆
