Thank you so much! I live in Romania, Europe, and I have a semiwild arabian mare. Here properties are little, country it is dense populated, so there aren't horses who spent their first years free in the pastures. So, nobody knows nothing about taming adult horses. I have received that mare as a gift from a friend and all she knows about humans is to come and receive a pet on her head. Wasnt used to see a human behind her eyes etc etc. A horse trainer come to see her - "she doesnt lead, i dont know what to do, i havent worked with almost wild horses, in fact, she is the first that i see in my life!". So, your movies are gold for me 🤗🤗🤗 Not only the principles of taming, desensitising. That are easy to understand. But the parts with how much, how strong, what to do if.... etc etc

I watched this 2 years ago. The more I watch the progress, of your current videos from start to finish the more I understand, watching these again I understand so much more than I did 2 years ago. Getting the mind rather than wearing them out,. Getting to my mind as well! Fantastic teacher. I have 5 horses going to put this to practice on. I appreciate your showing Chinacos training so much. Thank you.

I enjoy the videos that the two of you are making. Your dog travelling clockwise around the pens cracked me up through all three parts.

John Morris thank you for your observation! That’s Pearl. She actually believes she’s helping keep Chinaco in.

Incredible as always. Being able to see this really helps me - it lets me see where my positioning needs to be. I appreciate it Deb and Pat.

Thanks Ethan! That’s such an important part of working a horse that is often misunderstood or overlooked.

watching this, but more importantly, hearing your conversation, Pat, makes me smile. The explanation of the skull, but also him wanting to put you on his other eye and the way you just carry on thru it, I needed this reminder...ah, the subtleness of these things are, just...that. subtle things until they are not. thank you!

Hi: I am Nolan from North Dakota. I really enjoy your videos and the way you explain why you do what you do. I also enjoyed the history of the Old Spanish Trail. I’ll have to read up on it.

@@PatnDebPuckett thank you. Not sure what you mean by 'improve my timing'. I try my best to trot outside but getting her to trot or move fwd is very difficult. She is napping . Thank you for answering.

It's probably because my hearing is not as good as it used to be but I find the variation in the videos very inconsistent while I enjoy watching the videos it would be nice to hear what is being said.😊

Why no audio so we can be included in what’s going on? If I spend this time watching, then I would like to be included in the conversation. Not too much to ask?
