She's not the landlord. She's the leasing agent/management of the property. She specifically told Mac not to adjust any necessities within the apartment without the landlord's permission. She has no authority but to give the landlord a notary about a tenant breaching/violation of their contract. Even Mac admits he has to pay for the property damage/vandalism by painting over the wall. She's not going to lose her job by being an incompetent and insubordinate against her boss just cause of Mac. Mac could've given the landlord's notice and then gotten a full consent before proceeding. That's what he should've done in the first place. Normally in the U.S. you'll get a violation code, if continue you'll get eviction from your apartment through application termination. MAC IS WILD! 🤣🤣🤣 My Asian brother should've known these things cause he's been living in the U.S. all his livelihood. Living in a prison cell is far different from renting a crib, it's not the same but you still going to followed both rules regardless unless you're homeless. Literally no one really has the authorities over you except cops citing you for solicitation and property vandalism. Laws and rules applies to everything, no person would get away scott free without any repercussion. 😂🤣

America is pretty shit 💩 when it comes to social quality, no one goes outside , there’s no out door places where people can congregate. Kids don’t play outside & I get it , way too many mass shooters & sexual deviants, in the states. Everyone is mean & avoidant & I get that too because , in America life is all Work & Sleep …. Otherwise you end up on the streets. The population in America all act like they have anxiety disorders , people can’t socialize without getting drunk , doing lines of coke , etc. Women in the US treat men like creeps when they approach …. Overall my rating for social quality in America is a 2.8 / 10 ….. I have extremely high standards when it comes to this , coming from Europe , where socioeconomic conditions are really well established. There’s almost no segregation, crime is low , you don’t have to worry about dying … the worst as it gets usually is kids stealing. People seem happier outside of the states. There’s a reason why all wealthy Americans spend more time & $ outside of their country. Like Mr. Donald , J , Trump said , make America great again ….. America was great pre year 2000. The 50s-80s seemed amazing 😻…. & the 90s were a gem 💎 I’m happy I was born pre World Wide Web….
