I would love to taste avocado!!!! Those flavors to me sound wonderful!!!!! I love red bean and green tea I get that at my local sushi place I hate begin stuck in WI where there is a serious lack of Asian cuisine! ---This was a great video!! She rocks at cake decorating!!! This is my go to ice cream place especially for birthday cakes! I ate that exact flavor cake Cristina is preparing and it's SUPER DELICIOUS!!!!!! If you're in NY definitely try it!

you run the metal cake pan under hot water for a couple of seconds to loosen the ice cream (just the pan, not the ice cream). then you flip it onto a tray and it should slide right out. that's how i used to do it at cold stone. ;)

ever since people came out with their own recipes for cakes and putti it out in stores some of them i ddint like but cake ice cream is one the best aslo out of the rest these cakes and red velvet .i made that kind of cake once on my own talkin about it and it came out good

lychee is DELICIOUS! It's my favorite ice cream flavor at Chinatown Ice Cream factory. I like Redbean and Green tea as well but Lychee tops them both! Durian is the only flavor that I may not like, but everything else, for the most part, probably tastes great. (being that one scoop is about 3-4 bucks itself..)

Wasabi Ice Cream? Sounds odd but may taste nice. One time, i saw tofu ice cream and i thought it would taste disgusting. In the end, my sister bought a scoop of it and i tried it. It suprisingly turned out to be very nice.
