Chinese chess set

This one's made in Taiwan and features characters from the Eight Faries. The pawns are all different. Pieces are made of soapstone. Storage case / playing board has some nice carvings. The squares are plastic and the white ones have those cool simulated carvings. Drawers are a nice touch. But fix the elastic so chessmen don't fall out and damage each other. There are lots of variations of this popular set. Good one! 👍
