Chinese Currency Manipulation

Could I get an answer to a question. Why would the Chinese want to keep such a large wealth of dollars? Sure it helps them build their industry, but if they ever try to use those dollars it would cause inflation. That would lower the value of their stockpile, so why get such a vast amount? It can't be that the Chinese just love working and don't want stuff, so why are they taking such a mercantile stance? Do they believe that In the long run, gaining the production capacity is worth it even if they don't get to use those dollars? What is it?

i'm chinese. i can assure you that it's very true that all chinese are willing to sacrifice and work hard for better future of their children. you can ask every chinese anywhere you meet to clarify the truth of my statement.

Does not go into the fact that devaluation of renminbi acted like an implicit subsidy to the fed letting it borrow at lower rates. Y'all the interest rate anchoring is why half of you have a job.
