Hum to UP aur Bihar ka bhi kuch kar nahi pa rahe hain. It's a very decent car, and deserves all the praise. I'm sure they have considered all the repercussions of their actions by the way :)

Come on Gagan, Don't say everything bad about Chinese designs and products. I just came back from China after spending almost 2 weeks and trust me, they are far ahead of many developed nations. Forget about India, we are not even behind them. We may never reach the Chinese level of productivity, designs, infra, cleanliness, wealth etc at-least for next 100 years. Speaking of Jetour and has driven for over 800kms, its an awesome vehicle which can surely give the defenders and LC's a run for their money and 1/3rd of their cost. I don't know if you are trying to encash on the Chinese hatred in India to make your reach more among India, but you should travel to China and see for yourself how they have transformed their land over past 15-20 years. We will surely feel ashamed of ourself for the kind of situation we live in at the moment. Their designs in automobiles are unbelievable, see some of their electric cars on roads China. Btw I am a proud Indian who really wants to see my country progressing and one day I hope we will go far ahead of China in terms of development and technology. ☺️

Both companies just cant mass produce cars and whatever they produce is just junk. That explains the waiting and their reliability. Just go and check your nearest dealership. You are generalizing it. There's a difference between what cars like Detour and BYD provide as features in terms of pricing. Detour looks like an offroader but has AWD, copied chassis, and threw in a 250 plus horsepower engine in that boxy design, dontn know what to do with it. Chinese cars are good, but this ?? This is a disaster, moreover it doesnt do one thing properly.
