Great idea for a video! Love Chinese! I either get it out or make it once a week at least. I love shrimp and chicken fried rice! Fried rice is the way to go. Dumplings 🥟 are really great too. Can’t wait for the next video.

White peaches have a white or pale flesh inside the peach and are less acidic. They are sweet whether they are ripe or not and have a sweet floral note to them. Have a great weekend 🤘🏻

The spoon and fork I got off amazon and are called FAMKIT reusable bamboo dinnerware I believe. The chopsticks are a really old pair I got for a gift that I believe were purchased from a local shop.

I wouldn't say you can eat whatever you want but you don't need to be as strict as someone doing normal dieting. It may not look it but I have gained weight doing my videos even on omad along with considerable exercise. You will still gain weight if you're in too much of a caloric surplus, I think omad just helps in being in a deficit.
