Being big and having huge muscle mass does burn more calories 'idle' but without some serious working out that amount of calories would still be insane. I'd reckon without any working out at that size and stature you'd struggle to burn through a third of those calories.

@@ayporos I know how calories work, but I SERIOUSLY doubt that. Eating 3k calories daily at 360lbs 6'3 is not nearly sufficient to sustain that size. Before a strong man competition Eddie would eat 20k calories. You can't just decrease your diet down to 15% of your average daily calorie allowance just because you stopped working out after a comp and expect to sustain bodyweight or strength. (And if youre curious, my initial refference point comes from Brian Shaw, one of Eddies competetors, who claims to eat a minimum of 10k calories daily in the offseason)

After 3 slipped disc in my neck (5,6,7) and heavy nerve dammage, right side of my body muscle arm, chest reduced by 50%... 2 years of depression.. i lost my wife and had to sell my company... Its been hard to find motivation.. i got going again but got a shoulder injury in terms of nerve dammage.. i thought it was the neck again but i been cleared and 4 months rest i got my sensation back in fingers and arms that was num.. I started working out again and these videos really motivates me to get back at it.. i watch these videos as motivation before , after and during sets... So thanks man for putting these out.. lovet it, motivates me and keeps me working at it..👊👊

If I go to work all day, cycling 11 miles to get there and 11 miles to get back, putting in a 10 hour shift 5 days a week (and sometimes a day on a weekend) to bring home the money for the rent, food, bills and anything the kids need ... you better fucking believe my wife is going to cook my food and do the dishes.
