The first thing that really stood out was there was no TV set or oven in that apartment. The TV set is for friends and family to gather around while the roast and buns is cooking in the oven.

I was looking for how to say things like: - How many rooms my house/apartment has? - How many bedrooms, how many bathrooms/toilet? - Is the bedroom/kitchen/living room big? - Does it have a pretty view/sunlight? - Does it allow pets? - How many roommates? Shared bedroom or individual? Like if you are a student looking to rent an apartment or a room. Something like that.
