steven underwoosd NO! Human leg muscles are not designed to leap so high from a standing still position. It is impossible. The first jump is on the secondd poles which are well over 1.50m the head isn't that light either. The man at the back must toss the man in front up or something.

Unless I'm mistaken (and I might be wrong) I believe the Chinese 'lion' was originally based on a type of dog. I believe they called them either 'lion dogs' or 'foo dogs'.
