To help with the track falling off, I personally if this was my machine would remove the lower track rollers and redrill the track frame to accept three rollers. If you can not buy 2 more OEM rollers, be a bit inventive and see what others will go close to fit. Manufacturers are always lousy on putting enough Truck rollers (that the term we used to use when I was an earthmoving apprentice 60+ years ago) on the lower frame. Some now are only using skid pads on the top of the track frame, deleting the top roller/s altogether. When I started work, even excavators were a rarity. My firm Tutt Bryant of Queensland Australia never had one foresale until I was in my third year. Getting back to your problem, if you check the distance from the front idler to the first roller of the two, I feel the distance is too great in helping the idler to keep the track on. If you follow my suggestion and it doesn't work, you have lost very little in the cost of parts, and the bonus is you will get better track and roller life. I'm 77 and still operate my Case50B, which is really a Kobelco on my small property. All the best, and your video was great,

There are many people who've had great experiences and saved about 60% buying a Chinese machine. I've bought a mini-excavator, and it's only had minor issues. and about to buy one of these for about $5,000 with attachments (including shipping).

Funny that 20-30 yrs old guys review this stuff… This type of toys is for 50-60yrs old boys. We have a problem to carry stuff around, and yet we have experience and knowledge to upgrade this stuff to work the old way.

You have problems carrying things around because you destroyed your body by carrying things around in your 20s and 30s.

Instead of tracks consider a wheeled version with fat knobby tires. Maybe also have a set of over-the-tire log chain tracks.

I Have a wheeled one and it’s night and day difference for ride and usability. Faster travel speed and not as rough ride. 4 individual drive motors is nice so don’t need to worry about a chain drive train. In my area they go for pretty cheap. Flatland prairies northern US. Bought my tracked and tire machine as a package brand new for $6500 US for Both. I know they vary on location but would be nice to buy and the ship to regions that they bring significant value.

@@jamesthepickupman5527 There's added cost by the time these are shipped east of the Mississippi. Many (most?), are sold by auction, which adds another layer of fees. Here in MI they will sell at auction between 5-6K for a mini track loader or excavator.

Is the grease tensioner on the tracks holding pressure? I've heard that the fitting the zerk goes in is supposed to hold the pressure but sometimes fail. I have a similar model, but only have about 8 hours on it. I haven't had track issues. I did have fueling issues. There was debris in the stock fuel filter. I am now running 2 filters and an electric fuel pump. Runs great.

I think this kind of hits on the issue. You can find two machines that look identical... One will have three pumps and one has two. One will have grease tensioning and the other will have a bolt tensioner. Others will have idler wheels on the tracks sloppily welded with burs cutting the rubber tracks. Others look like they were welded by machine. Each machine has to be looked at individuals and assessed until these all settled into a few manufacturers (like the excavators). The model numbers, also, don't always mean the same and it just gets to be a big mess. I want a light weight skid steer like an S70 or 1835c on wheels, but the prices are just not reasonable for a homeowner that has no commercial aspirations. 🙂

Tracks fall off from over-tension. I would check the tension and adjust it.

There are the cheap ass Chinese mini skids like this one and then there is a few great models like the Derette v-1000 diesel. Really need to do research when buying over seas.

New eg360 for 4500 after tax, delivered. You need to strip down to the wheel berrings and flatten out the ring seal. Most every berring ring was smashed into the balls. In time it will wear a hole and soon after the grease will go.

Do you know what size these tracks are? I cant find a part # or info anywhere in the manual. If a track keeps coming off the track will crack and eventually break leaving you are dead in the water unless you have a replacement track. i think these skid steer tracks may be 180x72x41 but haven't confirmed that??

They are likely mostly manufactured by the same company. The one I just bought came from AGT. They are crap. What you see is the same as the AGT. The teeth on the drive were so close they bound up with the frame. The tracks fell off. The metal that mounted the Undercarriage to the frame was so soft that the undercarriage would move and slide back and allow the cogs of the drive gear to bind up. I had to plasma cut out enough clearance to not bind up. . ONLY BUY THESE THINGS AT AUCTIONS. THEY WILL SELL FOR 3-4 grand. Do not buy from reseller. AGT is crap for customer service. The engine did run rough and it turned out to be the choke cable was bound up and would not come back in. Had to lift hood then grab choke with hand and slide it back and engine cleaned up operation…. At 3k yeah. Sucks that kubota is 40k.

Isn't the bucket standard mini skid? Tracks seem to be an issue. It seems other people changed to new tracks and seemed to help the track issue. You don't even know how much weight there is with these rocks. You paid way to much and a comparable machine new is over $20k

@@NexGenLandscapesyou stretched them from running loose ass drive gears. Always check EVERYTHING for loose bolts that’s step 1. I own one and haven’t had an issue so far but you have to check everything.
