Everytime I go into the mall, the nail salon will have one screaming old Asian guy yelling at all the ladies and men working there. They all looked over worked and underpaid. Growing up my bestfriend in high school was second gen Chinese. His family owned not one but two nail salons and a successful Chinese buffet. He worked at the salon four days out of the week and the buffet in the kitchen the other three days since he was... TEN. that was on top of academics he rarely had time to ride a bike or go play. They didn't pay a dime for his college... Offered so help when he turned 18. I ran into him a few years ago we both are thirty something and asked how the business was... Said he hasn't talked to his family in 15 years... Called them slavers.

A family member wanted advice for copying my model and going into a different sector. I basically laid out the path to get his business up to £100 a day profit with very little daily input (essentially doubling his annual income with 20 mins extra work a day) and this required maybe 20 hours upfront work to get going, yet he still quit. These people will then pull together their resources and one by one they start accumulating vehicles and then homes and until all of them have one of each they continue to pull their money together and help each other. There's nothing racial about it. It is what the circumstances require everyone knows two people working together achieve far more than two people working apart.
