Hi. Where did you get this rolling pin? The dough has a consistent thickness. Is the pastry texture nyonya type? Slightly crumbly, little crunch?

I got the rolling pin from shopee. The pastry’s texture is crumbly type.

Sorry for my late reply. It’s pretty subjective to individual.. For me, it doesn’t.

My pastry always stick on the cookie mould even i put dough in the fridge,.

This is what I usually practice. 1. I don’t softened the butter. 2. Do Not over mix the pastry dough. 3. Press the mould gently onto the dough (shaping). Use fingers (gently) to remove it from the mould. Practice…😅 If you have done the above & the dough still sticks to the mould, try to flour the mould.
