tak juga, bagus berbahasa saja tak akan mempengaruhi 100% kepututsan investor, whats important is what he brings with those words, what impact it has and whethter or not those words are what the investor wants to listen to for them to be convinced that they're in for some profit. tapi in this case, tengku zafrul did a good job with his words, very knowledgeable and up to date dengan info global trade and trend and are very clear with his aims for Malaysia's future in this sector. and most important thing, he said before that we(Malaysia) are always eager to learn new thing from anyone for the benefit of this country's trade development. Always learning!
