@@jjforreal1727 this type of clutch need a reduction gear set for the proper use, or a smaller tyre, or a much bigger gear on the tyre rod. i used a setup like this and the clutch became really hot is a short time. This is why the torque converter the pest option for this motor and not this centrifugal clutch. this clutch can be good for a gocart where the wheels are small and the back gear is almost the same size that the tire.

About 24 is what I got tell I put a 30 series torque converter and then I got 34 mph out of mine put a 70 tooth sprocket on it for take off and it runs 37 on flat ground 31 pulling a hill original motor thing did about 27 problem is rpm is set at 3600 on a stock predator which if your doing this is perfect you don't want to go over 40 on one of these anyway

hi mate I've got a Chinese quad and the opportunity of getting a kawasaki klf 300 engine and was considering putting it in the Chinese quad do you thing it will be achievable? as I think the klf quads are prop shaft driven aren't they? could I convert to a chain?

I was thinking of doing this exact thing but I had this motor on a gokart and it was kinda slow. How does it do on the atv???

Kyle I also have other videos of it doing gravel pit hill climbs. It doesn't even compare. It has big wheels and keeps up with everyone I see on the trails.

Question?? I am doing the same swap on mine but the centrifugal clutch I ordered is a 10 tooth 420 and I can’t find where to get a 428 centrifugal clutch since the original chain and rear sprocket on the taotao 125cc atv is a 428 I believe any help in the right direction would be appreciated

I just purchased a 3/4 inch centrifuge I’ll try clutch that runs on 428 number chain from eBay. The only people that carry it seem to be Australians for some reason. Quite a bit of markup on the shipping and handling and the currency exchange
