@Foodtrail with Victor Khoo. Yes sir, you have a new subscriber and massive fan. I LOVE Char Kway Teow. Spelling varies, English speakers are fussy about spelling, Asian speaks get the pronunciation right lol. I recommend a video on Char Sui Pork. I make it (badly) but it still taste good for me.

Since this is a year old I don't expect you to answer but in case you see this I would appreciate it if you could elaborate on what kind of chili you are using.

Hi @lone Shaver…I used dried chillies. Break up in half and toss out the seeds so it’s less spicy yet has its pungent aromatic flavour when fried with the minced garlic and ginger. You can, however, use fresh chillies if you like. Cheers, Victor
