I can read Chinese and speak Chinese. Since I can read it I can tell you that it is expensive but in China you can get like I think 10 thousand RP for like $10 so yea. The artwork is like that is because the Chinese didn't like the original artwork and there not perverts.Asians are known for being really good animation artwork.
