SY 1564 works a rake of 39 coal hoppers uphill, over the bridge near Heishantou back to Meihekou. Minus 30 degrees centigrade.

A good video of one of these SY Class 2-8-2 Locomotives in China that was still in revenue service, before China ceased operations with Steam Locomotives entirely since 2022 to 2024. And of course when it was retired too.
