my favorite food in the world next to shrimp! I must try your sauce never had red vinegar how is it different from a white or black vinegar?

+tracey martin Hello Tracey, Me too, maybe lobsters:) As a matter of fact, I like most shell fish. Red vinegar is not as sharp as white and not as sweet as black. It works well with ginger. I think you will like it. Please let know if you get a chance to try this. Thank you, Joyce

+YouCanCookGourmet The soup was incredible with all kinds of ingredient i think there is seafood(fish prawn and dry scallop as well i think) but also chinese ham and dry herbs 发菜??maybe. Surprisingly the soup taste clear but rich.

Hello again, I need to do some investigation, I don't think shrimps/prawns will be used for the herbal soup because Cantonese believe they are not "kosher". The soup you are talking about usually cook in a "double boiler" set-up. Stay tune! Thank you for your suggestion! Joyce

Hello Yancheng,' I think you are comparing the Chinese crabs, the one with hair. This one usually clean it first, just be careful not in water too long. Thank you for your suggestion! Best regards, Joyce
