Every video I watch videos from this guy he's just SO OPTIMISTIC. To him, a walk down the street is a crazy adventure and eating an (albeit very, very tasty) Chinese Hamburger aka RouJiaMo is the experience of a lifetime. Even his shirt says TAI HAO LE! I never thought about it that way, but it does make a ton sense. You can't expect someone to cut their food with Chopsticks, so Chefs have to make everything bite sized or at least small enough to be able to handled with Chopsticks.

Really into Xian food, so tasty and you have a broad range as well. There is one Xian Street food in Galway ( Ireland), but their recipes have been revised to cater for foreigners taste. But you will know the difference once you try original Xian food in China.

I just came back from Xi'an one month ago, trust me, the Chinese burger is really nice, very different from mcd style burger, the bread itself is really crispy, and the warm pork meat melting in the mouth is definitely the best burger I ever had. Best part is no vegetable in my burger 🤣
