Every video I watch videos from this guy he's just SO OPTIMISTIC. To him, a walk down the street is a crazy adventure and eating an (albeit very, very tasty) Chinese Hamburger aka RouJiaMo is the experience of a lifetime. Even his shirt says TAI HAO LE! (VERY GOOD). It's as if his daily life is entirely effortless for him. Many of us, including myself, could learn a thing or two from him.

Taking into account aspects such as the visual appearance, the way of preparation, the nature of the restaurant, and the attitude of the workers, all makes it easy to pick the 10/10 foods !

A lot of Chinese chefs can beat other international chefs on knife skills. And they only use one kind of knife.

S Somms it makes sense since in China ppl dont cut their own food. If you force all western ppl use chopsticks, their chefs will have to master knife skills too.

I never thought about it that way, but it does make a ton sense. You can't expect someone to cut their food with Chopsticks, so Chefs have to make everything bite sized or at least small enough to be able to handled with Chopsticks.

Same can be said about Japanese chefs. They have amazing skills, especially with delicate protein like fish. A lot of chefs go to Japan to learn fish cutting.

Really into Xian food, so tasty and you have a broad range as well. There is one Xian Street food in Galway ( Ireland), but their recipes have been revised to cater for foreigners taste. But you will know the difference once you try original Xian food in China.
