Now you revealed the secrets of the chinese weightlifters... THEY LIFT SERIOUS WEIGHTS!
@carljacobson71563 жыл бұрын
@Charles Huang come one - Chinese Olympic Athletes have been busted many times for PED's. That doesn't mean that they aren't talented or work super hard. But at the Olympic/World Championship level, PED use is required if you want to win.
@@carljacobson7156 Sun Yang was not a doping ban. The first time was a banned substance that doesnt really enhance performance. Second time was due to unannounced people requesting his urine sample and which he smashed with a hammer. It may be suspicious but one should not easily give out samples to unofficial testers. The weightlifting one good job. Thats 1. However one of the best weightlifters of China was kicked off the team for supposedly using PED's but wasnt caught by weightlifting organizations. The coach simply did not want him in the team, that should tell you how serious they are about clean sport nowadays. Talking about Liao Hui. But no they have not been busted "many times". They arent even in the top 10 most doping violations. USA is 2nd, Russia is 1st. If anything is likely, then its US swimmers and sprinters that are on PED's.

Well the kettlebell side bend while holding a weight in both hands for example is just stupid. Not smart at all. Sure he seemed to be lifting the weight somewhat and I haven't really seen that before, maybe he's including traps to the movement? Anyways, holding a weight in both hands results in the weight on the active side being offset by the weight on the non-active side. To make a bad move at least a little better he should do one side at a time.
