Both his snatch and clean& jerk exceed his bench press in powerlifting competition. That's awesome. Just goes to show that weightlifting is almost entirely leg power!

Interesting compilation. You see her doing what seems like preparatory phase exercises such as block work, heavy triples for snatch and snatch reps followed by overhead squats.
