Finally the good news is here. Thanks to you sir Marcus for making this dream come through. The trouble at the moment is the severe backlog to get documents stamped at the embassy. Additionally, I found out that police checks are being rejected if more than 3 months out of date despite this delay being caused by the embassy themselves...

@@chroniclingadventures i should add new info I found out today. The requirements vary depending on the province. For example, Shenzhen province will allow you to apply for a Z visa without authorized documents (to stamp later to extend your visa upon your arrival). However, with Jiangsu province this is not possible.

Opo. Dapat may notification po na bibigay si employer dun sa chinese govt na mgha hire sila ng foreign employer. Yun din ibibigay ng applicant sa chinese embassy pg mg apply ng work visa. May agent nmn kayo so sila na dapat bahala.
