1. There is no one on the enemy team that can run him down where he needs the ms from Trinity to space mega hard. 2.He bought Blade of the Ruined King first item and he doesn't need Trinity so that leaves Rage Blade as the only mythic left to buy as Galeforce and IE are just trolls on ash as they deal the least amount of damage and don't do much. Galeforce you lose damage compared to rage blade just for a dash that you don't really need if you're a good adc . IE ......Ash can't crit so IE is a legit troll the only thing you get is bonus damage after you hit someone with w or r but the buff is not big enough to make getting IE worthwhile.

Hey when is ashe supposed to go crit / on hit instead of triforce

Ashe is always supposed to go the triforce way. U take ashe vs burst enemies or when u wanna setup the enemy team. How it works (take Lucian for example, ashe counters him insanely). If u buy extra hp(triforce) then Lucian has less and less angles of trading u. And what's best is that after Lucian pulls his combo u can turn the mini trade into all in. You have to. Ashe sucks in small trading but she's the best prolonged skimirsh adc as she ramps up crazily. Bork/kraken(don't sleep on Bork over kraken it's her highest dps item), triforce(build it 1st vs Lucian /twitch), black cleaver (gives more ad than ldr and ability haste which ashe rly loves, also buying trinity which give u hp makes the passive of the item go down on value. U pretty much never do 22% max dmg) and after this it's always bt/witsend/ga/pd/runaans(niche)

the value from the attk speed, hp, tri force stats, and tri force passive itself makes it worth more than what IE offers, evn with the extra crit from IE is not better in value than tri force provides
