That wasn't even Aphelios or Xerath PoV, that was Aojune (playing Elise jg) with Trevor mid and Krookykrook top, all 3 are challenger, play ACL, CLoL, and others. The Xerath is an OTP which is fine for Twitch streaming and such but not good for competitive play, the Graves was Kryra, Kurfyou on Samira... this is basically an NACLOQ game with the players. A barcodr pyke i can't tell who it is and the Aphelios I think is one of Winkings smurf accounts, not 100%. Kurfyou was playing on Chaotic with Latence during Spring OQ so maybe Latence on the Pyke? Idk regardless these guys are all near tier 2 level (NACL, formerly known as academy) and have all played soloque with pros. I mean even my last session I had Sheiden and Dhokla on my team 2 games in a row... thats the thing in NA, once you get around 350lp-ish you start seeing all the same faces, and I don't think Kryra and Aojune were on a team together so this is likely just soloque... a bit one sided imo but yeah.

Because it's urf (actually you could to that in normal in very late game, when your cds are low), he can q during the dash of the previous q. The thing here is that when you press q, you dash to the oldest target you hitted with q. Hope it helps (sorry my english isn't good)

I think it's a bug that's happening due to how much Ability Haste they have. The timer they have to take Q2 is lasting longer than it takes to cast a fresh Q1 -> Q2, so the game treats it as if they're taking that first Q2
