Well explained CHan, Premiere has nothing better to do then introduce Propertie panels change names and unecesserie things, instead of focusing on important features like making good mask tracking or color correction tools

Agreed. I think they need to get rid of the Set to Frame Size all together. It's not necessary with today's machines and proxy features.
