ikaw talaga yung role model ko Sir Chinks. after ko naka graduate, wayback mga 2016 or after that, palagi ako nanunuod ng videos mo. and thats why I learned the importance of being financial literate. I started to save money kahit 8K pesos lang yung sahod ko noong taon. Awa ng Diyos, x5 - x10 na kinikita ( thank you Lord for the opportunities). and meron na din Insurance, VUL and PAg Ibig MP2. sana maging buo din yung loob ko mag invest sa REITS and magka budget for time deposit. napaiyak mo ako sa last part Sir Chinkee....touching the topic about our dad. naka-relate ako kasi while i am growing up what i knew and on my mind he was tough kasi sundalo sya at lumaki kami sa disiplina, tapos nagdialysis din sya for 10 years....doon sa pagkakasakit nya nakita ko ang malaking pagbabago sa kanya hindi lang pala talaga sya expressive and vocal sa feelings nya but he loves us so much! I miss my dad who is now in heaven already.

Sir ano ma-advice nyo sa ganitong scenario? Bakit yung amo ko nung may customer complaint ay ako agad yung napagkamalan nyang gumawa ng mali porke bago lang ako sa work kaya tinawagan nya ako at kung ano-ano pinagsasabi sakin na wala naman syang basehan tapos nung nalaman nya na hindi naman talaga ako yung ikino-complain at nagkamali lang sya na ako napagkamalan nya ay HINDI MAN LANG SYA NAG-SORRY. Tapos open tip naman samin, pero di samin binibigay ng amo namin yung tip na para samin, kahit sinasabihan kami ng customers na nag-aabot sila ng tip sa amo namin at sinasabi naman daw nila na para yun samin kaso wala talaga ibinibigay na tip yung amo namin samin. Si customer mismo nagsasabi samin na may tip sya ibibigay samin pero inabot nya sa amo namin kaso Ni hindi nga binabanggit ng amo namin na nag-aabot ng tip para samin yung client, ni wala nga sya tip na ibinibigay. Tapos pag kami nagkakamali kahit kaliit-liitang bagay kailangan magsorry sa kanya? Pero pag sya may mali samin wala man lang sorry? Bakit ganun? Nasan ang hustisya?
