This song really relates to me. I had a really good friend, she was my best friend. I knew everything about her and she knew everything about me, we were like twins. People got us confused and called us each others name. We talked 24/7 and always tried to make plans on the weekends. But then everything just broke apart.. We stopped talking, well she stopped talking to me and I tried to reach out but she just ignored me.. I was breaking and I didn't tell anyone. After 2 months of rarely talking to her, I told her I was really upset and I missed her a lot. We now have moments were we are super close and happy but then the next moment we are like strangers. It really kills me when i'm not talking to her because before I could always talk to her and now I can't because i'm scared too. Does anyone have any advice?

Once upon a time their was a girl named jenny she only had one freind her whole life untill 4th grade she met a boy named Ethan they became best freinds 3 days later. Jenny would always be sad and Ethan would be their to help her. Jenny was glad that she had a freind. We were at recess. Then we were lining up he hit his head on something. I'm probably the only person who doesn't feel sad when listening to songs like these.I was so ok...and then I read the comments.I actually feel better when listening to songs like these,they always make me think how sadness in the past always leads to happiness in the future,it's heartwarming to me.Sadness hurts at the moment,but you'll be able to appreciate it for what it is only when you feel better.If you've felt better before,you can feel better again. I just felt like this comment section needed something nice...actually,this time I'll actually try to help. To feel better,force yourself to not think about stuff that'll make you sad.Not in like don't think about anything sad at all...even if that would still be okay when I explain something later.Just make sure to not think about personal stuff that'll make you depressed (not sad,they're two very different things) I'm sure you're already thinking excluding sadness from your life completely is probably horrible for your mental health,it is,trust me.But your brain is smart,if it desperatly needs sadness it'll impulsively force all of these sad and depressive thoughts on you that'll make you have an emotional breakdown. I know it sounds horrible,but don't worry... 1. It lasts 10 mins at most usually,and it's probably not worse than anything you've already thought in the past 2. You'll feel a lot better afterwards,ESPECIALLY if you know why it's happening 3. It's a good thing,it means your brain is working properly and is working hard to stay healthy 4.Maybe this is just me,but after it happens I don't just feel better,I feel extremely happy.Because it's cool and funny to me how the brain can do that,I like the idea of feeling sad and then getting better in the first place,it really tells me that I'm fine...also I'm weird and I think of my brain as a separate entity and I'm always grateful for it helping me,and it also gives me a reason to not hate it,that also makes me happy in itself. Sorry for the poem,I hope it helped.I don't know anything about psychology,I research it a lot on the internet and learn from actual medical records and such,but that's it.I used all the knowledge I have on psychology plus lots of pure logic and personal experience to make all these claims,so feel free to correct me if I got something wrong and take everything with a pinch of salt. I listened to this song 2 years ago or so. And now I'm here all free from depression ^^ Just wanted to listen to my old playlist so I can remember something of my past. It feels like a blurr of just darkness when I try to remember the time 2 years ago. I tell you it's possible to be happy again. Do you think in the next 50 years or so only bad stuff is gonna happen? If your mind tells you yes then shut it off for a sec and think logically. I still suffer from Anxiety and panic attacks but I am at peace when by my self. When I'm alone in my room I'm at peace. And that's the main thing. You don't need others to comfort you when you can comfort yourself. Depression comes from within so what makes you think you can't heal it from within?
