(unrestricted landing) (pinnicle landing) or demonstration of a emergency landing. I am reliable told it's called a unrestricted landing. The display Team is made up of personnel from 18(B) Squadron, and is supported by a team of engineers from 18/27 Engineering Squadron, all based at RAF Odiham in Hampshire. Look out for the fish mouth at the rear of the aircraft. Flying skill in this air display.
The Boeing Chinook is a tandem rotor helicopter operated by the Royal Air Force (RAF). A series of variants based on the United States Army's Boeing CH-47 Chinook, the RAF Chinook fleet is the largest outside the United States.[2] RAF Chinooks have seen extensive service including fighting in the Falklands War, peace-keeping commitments in the Balkans, and action in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

One of my instructor pilots in the USAF was a former Army Cobra pilot from Vietnam and he'd tease me about how hard it was to hover a Cobra verses land a jet. When I look at that video I have to admit that's one of the coolest things I've ever seen someone do with an airplane. Sure, the demo teams are all great but when someone surprises you, that's cool too.
