I really like how Bf’s interpreted here. The whole repeating the rhythm of a character being translated into an “echo” ability that copies whatever the hell the person attacking you is doing. Even with magical or stranger attacks is a really good concept for a character.

@@umayyah3475 he can perfect copy every move of matt (i don't know about that last move) he just need to train a little more or to learn how to use it, the proof of that, is that mat said that he used a new form just to surprise bf, not letting him have time to use his echo/perfect copy for me, he uses echo/perfect copy, but he don't know how to use it differently from what he was attacked, so matt is easily able to anticipate almost all the moves of matt :/

I like how a few mods have started to use BF’s “retry” as a time warp/travel ability to explain how BF is able to learn and echo the abilities of opponents. And that some does have realized the time warp ability and try to make a workaround. I hope this actually becomes canon to the base of Friday Night Funkin.

Alright, this may be the greatest Trilogy of all time. The hype has led up to this moment. This was already top quality with Sporting, but Boxing Match definitely made it even better. I like the detail that before the plot came in, Matt’s expression was more of stress. He tried holding back before he accidentally countered with his white gloves. The moment the real fight began, Matt smiles since he does not need to hold back anymore! Such nice detail! :D love it!

I love the fight! It isn’t like the original! This actually looks choreographed. Like the part where Matt is having his shield broken by White Gloved Boyfriend. The shield breaks and Matt gets pushed back, but he uses a counter at the edge to get him off and transition to King Hit.
