I turned 31 last year in October and I'm the best I've ever been mentally, emotionally and physically. In my twenties I was so insecure and kept looking for myself or lost myself in people pleasing. I now know why they say your thirties are the best years because you truly say fuck it this is me and it's powerful when u understand ur traumas and heal and become who you are proud to be. I was sad turning 30 was like unreal bc in my head I was still stuck on 23 lol but honestly I'm so over that I'm happy to be 31 and embrace my age and see life differently. I love watching you guys ❤ your last episode was so emotional and relatable af I couldn't stop crying. I HAD THE WORST DRIVING ANXIETY!! Girl heart palpitations, sweaty hands, light headed asf & it crippled me for almost a year. My husband works a lot & I have 2 kids & I felt so guilty relying always on my husband or not having one on one outings with my boys.
