This is one of the most powerful documentaries I have ever seen. God bless, Theo. I hope you slay the dragon and that you find your peace.

I'm a indigenous person also. I was a party animal and ladies man for 14 years. I had a million friends also. A month or 2 after my 30th birthday, I decided alcohol wasn't for me anymore and quit on the spot. The depression after a night out was insane. The only way to get out of the depression was to do it all over again lol. Glad 2 say I'm 8 years sober atm

Should be in the HHOF. But the old boys club beg to differ. Eh slatts. Apparently a Stanley Cup and Olympic gold medal and call up by The Great One is not good enough.

I watched a mini doc on him a week ago, I had no idea a full length doc has been on here for 4-5 years. The NHL can talk about their player resource programs and have their pride nights to show what good people they are, but they have a bad record on this real life messy stuff. Theo's made mistakes but it shouldn't take away from his legacy as a player.

1:07:26-1:07:39 Well... Thanks to a certain recent scandal, that REALLY didn't age well.

Nobody understands addiction. You can tell in this documentary. Everyone is a victim of Theo. BS. The man was sick.

He used this to make money that was the first thing they talked about lmfao they made it obvious right from the start and imagine youre suppose to be a man but you let another man sexually assault you. Thats embarassing and a big sign saying grow a pair and stand up for yourself. it would be different if he was a child but he wasnt lmao

How is Shea Weber in the HHOF and not Theo?
@igorlobkovenko948026 күн бұрын
I don't think Weber is in the hall of fame. If he is, he deserves it and I don't know what Fleury has to do with it. Also, they played completely different positions in different eras of hockey.

how do you get sexually harassed as a man by another man. sorry but grow a pair and actually be a man. if playing in the nhl is the reason he took the sexual harrasment than thats a terrible excuse. theres plenty of other teams to get you there. it would be different if he was a little kid but he was a man....

I see where you are coming from but no he wasn't a man. He was a neglected little boy with nowhere to go. Not the only one by any means but it's not black and white. Now he is a man and has amends to make but isn't doing it. He still can't accept responsibility for himself and has excuses and finger pointing. His first ex, mother of his first children is an expert at analyzing Theo because she has lived it. She tells the true story straight up. He can't apologize. He still refuses to bear the responsibility for his actions and wants everyone who he let down to forgive him and let bygones be bygones, but it is not in his makeup to do right by others. He is still selfishly arrogant and defensive of his own ego and I don't think he can change that. Too bad but that's just the way he is.

He was 16 years old. Not a man.

He was a little kid when the abuse started. Don't comment if you don't know.
