I believe it’s bucatini rather than spaghetti, it’s thicker with a hole through it like a straw. Dish looks gorgeous. 😋 ETA I made this comment before they said it 😂

Looks nice Ian.I have never seen chipotle flakes,powder,and small tins of chipotle in adobo sauce,so l looked it up Amazon sells 14ounce jars for £16 or in USD $20.I have a jar of the powder,and I will stick with that at the moment.Goodnight dears😊

I love turkey and have tried turkey thigh mince, it's vile, sorry but this is one I'll be givìng a miss. I will try it though with beef or lamb mince.
