These are MY boots. I had no idea a video would be produced. I received in the mail yesterday and was blown away by how incredible they looked. I sent an email to customer service stating how pleased I was - thats when Trent gave me the heads up on the KZbin video. My wife and I just watched and were amazed. Such excellent craftsmanship - thanks very very much. Best money I have ever spent. Sincerely - Paul Stovall - SC

@@juancervantes7021 sorry - its been two years and I do not remember. I went to there website and ordered the new soles with lugs - I had no idea they were going to totally redo the boots. I think it was $180 - just not sure. But they have been outstanding for the hills I work on.

Yup I like the background in the studio. It gives a more “finished” and “professional” air to your video, not that they weren’t professional looking before. The sound quality for your introduction and outro are clearer in your studio.

I love the shop work but the sound has a lot of echo. If you add some sound damping acoustical panels up high to some of the walls, it may deaden the echo. Overall you can tell that you two are trying to improve the overall quality!

I can t believe thats all people took away from this video. As usual yall did an amazing job basically rebuilding the bottoms with the best materials on one of the most expensive snake boots out there. I would have expected a much better factory build on these boots for the price !!! I have been thinking about getting a pair when my much less expensive pair wears out. I will now send mine to yall when the time comes. A tip for guys looking to buy snake boots --- don t get the vibram soles on your boots if you live in an area with cockle burrs. They stick to the soles and track into your house by the handfuls. If you have carpet or rugs on the floor. Anybody walking barefooted behind you will immediately begin to plot for revenge on you !!!! Cockle burrs in your underwear is not a good way to start your morning !!!!!

I discovered you guys during a tough week when I was having sleep issues, so I stayed up until 4 AM (I'd fall asleep at 11, then suddenly wake up at 1-2, feeling fully rested -- this went on for a week), drawing. While working on my drawings, I'd watch these vids. Thanks for taking care of my shoes and boots without even looking at them

So, I'm looking to buy a pair of Chippewa snake boots locally, and in my research, stumbled onto this video quite by accident. I didn't plan to watch it in it's entirety, though it's precisely what I did! I am so impressed with the high-level of craftsmanship and painstaking time and effort put forth, and the obviously sincere desire of these men to please their customers. I'd imagine their skills are not often found in our Country anymore, and especially in these times of so many "throw-away" products. Until now, I really had no idea what it actually takes, to correctly re-sole a pair of boots. I have a newfound appreciation, regardless of any specific brand. Great job guys, and outstanding video! If I ever need future boot work done on my new Chippewa's, or any other boots for that matter, you'll definitely hear from me. Blessings and respect from Texas, G.

Like the new intro/exit. Set looks great. Unfortunately we are losing our local cobblers here. They've been in business since 1926 and have decided now would be a good time to close up shop and retire. They are going to be missed by the community. I've had them work on a number of pairs of boots and shoes over the years, but come April 16 I'm going to have to find another place to get my work done. It's always a shame to see a business that has been around for so long shuttered. I remember as a kid walking past their shop downtown and being able to smell the leather and other chemicals that they used coming out the front door.

Love the wall covering. I just put deck boards on my man cave/bedroom walls and ceiling. There are cracks between boards, but they were put on top of the sheet rock. Room now kind of reminds me of a barn. There maybe some underlying mental things going on, but it makes me feel good. Further more if I ever need to get behing a board, I can just unscrew it, do my work, then screw it back on.
