For real. Its so impressive how well they translated the visuals and environments into a unique voxel style, and the custom animations for everything? They are so good! Huge props to the dev team for making such a well crafted 3d Terraria experience.

One thing I believe is one of the most impactful feature of this mod is the utilization of the cubic chunks mod. It really fits the deep caves aspect and is something I hope vanilla Minecraft incorporates this to help its cave updates going forward. Until then, this mod can showcase the possibilities.

It's still incredible to me how much this mod feels like Terraria. I really love how smooth the Terrarification of Minecraft features is, like fall damage, the UI, enemy encounters, the aesthetics, etc. It's just all so great.

Such a worthwhile game. I saw it because of asmongold right after the 1.0 release and sunk so many hours into it over a month or so. I started solo and then showed my friend the game so we started a different world. I ended up finishing my solo world with also putting tons of time into building and farms and other random fun shit on the side. And our coop world we got basically to the second last boss and then he kinda stopped playing.

It's cool to see a Terraria-themed mod for Minecraft 1.12.2 version. That Minecraft version is a heaven for modpacks, even very large modpacks with Quest Book (which works as guide and as quest trackers as well). 🙂 I hope this mod will be updated to a newer Minecraft version.

Honestly, I love this mod, because it is the definitive edition of a hybrid of the two games, now all we need is a proper Minecraft mod for Terraria so we can enjoy this from either perspective and enjoy what it would be like to enjoy Terraria in 3D, and Minecraft in 2D.

As someone with probably 20k hours of Minecraft. This is actually soo cool. They used the glowing effect with bosses whom are underground for example. There's a lot of these reused things in the game. I'd not be too surprised if they touched up the villager house code for housing as it's 1.12
