Are most chiropractors skilled in multiple techniques, or does it take some interviewing or trial/error to find one who does these gentle techniques?

I’m going to my second chiro ever. The first time I couldn’t afford the plan, w/ new one now I can. But she much more gentle than my first. I’m wondering if going more gentle (she still does crack me somewhat) but she uses a drop table and less cracking on my back. Wondering if this method is as effective (faster treatment plan if you will)
