I like the vids because every adjustment is different according to ailment. “Other” KZbin chiropractors do the same exact adjustment each time or there’s one in California whose vids are 25 mins and 23 minutes of it the patient is told to “walk it off”. And finally there’s one who is proud of his corvette and his amateur drag racing. 😄

You know...you could do that. Good thing we measure objective results over time through many different angles! Range of motion, posture screening, amount of palpatory subluxations, activity of daily living assessments are just a few of the outcome measures we use over time. Hope this helps.

Its amazing....back sergeant has to screw in about 5 ATACHMENT POINTS on each side of the spine, attach a STEAL curved rod to the atachment points, then attach two long handles/ levers for them to punch with EVERYTHING THEY HAVE and most times need someone else to help pull or push with them....JUST TO ALINE THE SPINE!!! Yet, these people can do it just by cracking ur joints......seems legit!! Now I'm not saying there is no benefit to going to a chiropractor.....just saying, use common sense and have realistic expectations!!!
