Chirping/clicking sound from Saab 9-3 and other vehicles' balancing chain

I have a similar sound that goes away when engine warms up a bit. Does this piece stop making noise when engine is warm?

Typical ecotec. Just replace the lot, I did. Yes it does run the water pump.
