Jolly was not only dead weight for multiple kvks in a row, but held the leadership team back as dead weight. Literally took 2 days to respond for things that needed to be done right then, and ordered his r4s to maintain radio silence aswell. Again, for multiple kvks. Told his members not to help fight in other alliances. Called G3 an "independent alliance" in a game where Literally everyone knows that doing that is signing up for failure. Deleting linchpin flags, not placing flags that would save the day. Letting plans made weeks in advance sit until the last minute then demanding they be changed and making people scramble because it didn't put him in the spotlight. He was the actual worst person you could have ever put in the r5 position. Refused to pass r5 even to his r4s to ensure that the fight continued.

I just want to say thank you so much for all of these recent videos on Kingdom management. My kingdom has been through a lot. I am finally getting back to enforcing dead weight policies. 95% on board and the ones who aren't are the dead weight anyways. But all of these videos show our members that this isn't a revolutionary concept...it is how all active well run kingdoms work. I am sure these videos have helped leaders in other kingdoms as well.
