Other mistake I found was that I had talent build as infantry garrison instead of mixed. I will learn from this experience.

Nice defense! i don't know if you were confident that the enemy wouldn't swarm you after the first rally, but generally when your city is almost burned, you should spam the heal button's location, otherwise you won't be able to heal once they swarm right after the burn.

Bro you are playing in panic mode chill, just wait for rally to end and spam to heal troops , you are trying to click like 100 different things. You could of also waited for some helps after first rally, no one swarmed you. Also upgrading like 30k t4 to t5 doesn’t really change the outcome here. Did you buy this account ?
