I literally left a message to this firm about this subject last week, then received a call this morning about it. The rep said she was unqualified to cofirm but sent me contact info for those who could. I was going give them a call, then suddenly this video appears answering my questions. It could be diligence or a coinidence, but either way they'll have my business if I need to appeal.

Applied through DAV on 3/29/24, notified of C&P exam on 4/4/24, exam on 4/10/24/, info back to VA on 4/17/24. Seems like this is moving at light speed. Claim was for an upgrade of back (40%), an upgrade of bilateral radiculopathy (20% per leg), addition of neck (noted in pre separation discharge med records provided from 50 years ago) and recent headaches. I did come loaded for bear, three current back MRIs (L, C, T) and an EMG shoring severe radiculopathy and severe neuropathy in both legs. Fact finding done and all documentation by 4/21/24. Not sure how long that process will take from here. I think the best way to speed up the process is to give them as much detailed info at the start and not make them dig for info, lessons learned from past experience. Just FYI, UMMV. Also 74 YO.

File an intent to file first, then gather the information for what you will be filing for. (you have a year to gather and the back pay is started at the intent to file) Make it easy for the person reviewing the information so they have as little work as possible. Follow up with calls to very that the have received anything you have sent. It is the government things always seem to go "missing". The better you present on the first filing the better chance you will not have to appeal. I just had a very simple claim(out of many) it still took 6 months

A DD Form Two-One-Four ( 😂 ) better learn something about the military. I’m sure anyone who was ever in the military calls it a DD Form Two-Fourteen. So you’re an attorney who backs veterans, better learn the lingo. 🪖 🇺🇸. Hooah
